Westborough – Justin Papagelis of Westborough won fifth place in the New England Swimming 11-14 Age Group Championship for the 13-14 age group at Boston University March 9-12. Justin competed in nine individual events and four relays and medaled in each of his individual events. Justin is a freshman at Westborough High School and was selected MVP of his high school swim team and All-Stars by the coaches of the Midland-Wachusett League.
