

WESTBOROUGH – Westborough police are investigating a break-in that took place at a Mayberry Drive residence on Friday, Dec. 29.
According to Detective Joshua Croft, the incident took place sometime between 4 and 9 p.m. Several items were taken from the home, including a safe.
“It’s a targeted incident to that specific household,” he said.
Nobody was home at the time of the break-in, Croft said..
Croft said an alert was sent to neighbors via Ring for any video from that time period. While police have received some footage of a “suspect vehicle,” the footage is blurred.
Police continue to investigate the incident; they are asking for video footage or any other information.
