REGION – A snowy afternoon yesterday left the region blanketed in snow this morning before warmer temperatures quickly erased much of the accumulation.
The National Weather Service released its snowfall reports just after 10 a.m., noting roughly three inches of snow across area communities.
Westborough specifically picked up 3.1 inches according to one measurement, while Grafton noted 3 inches.
Data from other area communities in the Community Advocate coverage area was not available.
This weather comes at the tail end of a busy winter that has seen some communities push past their average snow accumulation totals.
Weather is now predicted to remain relatively warm through the next week.
