Westborough – Residents will have the opportunity Tuesday, Dec. 17, to comment on a gas pipeline project that is being proposed by Eversource.
The Worcester Feed Line Improvement Project involves installing approximately five miles of 16-inch pipe in Westborough and Southborough. According to the company, the existing 12- inch pipe that was installed in the early 1970s is undersized for current gas demand. Construction is expected to begin in 2021 and be completed in 2022, and will take place March through November of each year.
The public meeting will be held in the Westborough Town Hall Memorial Hall (3rd floor), starting at 7 p.m.
