Westborough’s Fisher Street Bridge to be closed until Dec. 24

Westborough – The Fisher Street Bridge over the Assabet River will be closed from Monday, Oct. 7 until Tuesday, Dec. 24 according to the Westborough Department of Public Works. The existing bridge will be removed and replaced with a new bridge. During construction the bridge will be completely closed to vehicles and pedestrians. A detour will be in place during this time.
