Westborough – The Westborough High School class of 1959 will be celebrating its 60th reunion on Saturday, June 22 at the Central House, 44 South St., Westborough.
The event will start at 5:30 p.m. with a BBQ buffet served at 6 p.m.
A special guest attending will be former WHS teacher Charlotte Spinney, who founded the Charlotte Spinney Vision Scholarship Program as a way to help deserving WHS students. Reunion guests are asked to consider making a donation that will then be presented on behalf of the alumni to this fund.
The class of 1959 had 53 graduates and according to John Johnson, who is organizing the event, approximately 40 are expected at the reunion. Tickets are $18 each. To make your reservation call Johnson at 207-363-7901 or email jjohnso4@maine.rr.com.
